The lounge opens, through glass sliding doors, onto the garden and outdoor entertaining area, which has sunken, built-in seating arranged in a semi-circle, around a fireplace to keep warm on cooler nights.

Spend long sunny days around the gorgeous, wooden decked swimming pool and covered outdoor entertaining area with dining table which has seating for 12, a built in gas braai and ample space for entertaining with friends and family. Later watch the sun set from the roof deck with 180-degree views, from Keurboom beach and lagoon, out over Central beach, and onto Robberg beach, mountain and nature reserve.
